[Saturday, May 30, 2015]First Priority Life Insurance Company submitted a rate filing to increase the premium rates for its Individual Affordable Care Act compliant PPO products. The filing proposes an average rate increase of 29.5% and will affect approximately 43,000 members. The proposed rate increase will generate $53.5 million of additional revenue annually and will be effective January 1, 2016.
