The bid documents can be obtained from the Procurement Administrator, PRPA, 210 W. Washington Square, 13th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19106, (215) 928-9100 and will be available May 27, 1998. The cost of the bid document is $35 (includes 7% PA Sales Tax). The cost is nonrefundable. The PRPA is an equal opportunity employer. By attending any prebid meeting for a PRPA project, an attendee agrees to release and hold harmless the PRPA, its directors, officers, employes and agents from any and all expenses, injuries, claims, damages, losses or liabilities that attendee may at any time sustain, incur or become subject to by reason of the attendee's attendance at the meeting.
