 An application has been received by the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) Taxicab and Limousine Division (TLD) by the following named applicant for permanent authority to transport, as a common carrier, persons in luxury limousine service on an exclusive basis, between points in the City and County of Philadelphia, and from points in the City and County of Philadelphia to points in Pennsylvania and from points in Pennsylvania to the City and County of Philadelphia.

 Harrison Global, LLC, d/b/a BostonCoach, 50 West Powhattan Avenue, Essington, PA 19029 registered as an LLC in Massachusetts on January 10, 2012, and registered with the Commonwealth as a foreign limited liability company on October 8, 2013.

 Formal protests must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code Part II (relating to Philadelphia Parking Authority). Filings must be made at the offices of the TLD with the Clerk, 2415 South Swanson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148, with a copy served on the applicant by May 19, 2014. Documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection at the TLD office (contact Charles Milstein) between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday or may be inspected at the business address of the applicant. The protest fee is $2,500 (certified check or money order payable to PPA).
