Application for Acquisition [27 Pa.B. 2216] Warburg Pincus Ventures, LLP, has filed an application to purchase a convertible note with detachable warrants from Coventry Corporation, sole shareholder of HealthAmerica Pennsylvania, Inc. Should the note be converted and the warrants exercised, Warburg Pincus Ventures, LLP would hold a controlling interest in Coventry Corporation. The filing was made under the requirements in the Insurance Holding Company Act (40 P. S. § 991.1402 et seq.). Persons wishing to comment on the acquisition are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department within 30 days of the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
