Railroad With Hearing [29 Pa.B. 2832] C-00981956. William T. Seybert v. Consolidated Rail Corporation. Complainant states at S. R. 0068 and S. R. 2023, a railroad tunnel has deteriorated to hazardous conditions and for the public interest, safety and well-being, the tunnel should be sealed at both ends to prevent people from walking or driving vehicles through this hazardous situation in Madison Township, Clarion County.
An initial hearing on this matter will be held Thursday, August 19, 1999, at 10 a.m in Clarion Court House, Court Room 1, 2nd floor, 420 Main Street, Clarion, PA, when and where all persons in interest may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
