DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Fertilizer Nutrient Values [36 Pa.B. 2550] The Secretary of Agriculture, under 3 Pa.C.S. §§ 6701--6725 (relating to Fertilizer Act), establishes the commercial values per pound of nitrogen, available phosphate and soluble potash.
The values are established as follows:
Nitrogen 40¢ per pound Available phosphate 32¢ per pound Soluble potash 23¢ per pound Further Information
