[Saturday, May 26, 2007]Notice is given of the Order to Show Cause issued on May 14, 2007, by the Deputy Insurance Commissioner in the previously referenced matter. Violation of the following is alleged: 40 P. S. § 310.11(2), (4), (6), (7), (9), (17), (20).
Respondent shall file a written answer to the Order to Show Cause within 20 days of the date of issue. If respondent files a timely answer, a formal administrative hearing shall be held in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. §§ 501--508 and 701--704 (relating to the Administrative Agency Law), 1 Pa. Code Part I (relating to the General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure), 31 Pa. Code Chapter 56 (relating to the special rules of administrative practice and procedure) and other relevant procedural provisions of law.
Answers, motions preliminary to those at hearing, protests, petitions to intervene or notices of intervention, if any, must be filed in writing with the Hearings Administrator, Insurance Department, Administrative Hearings Office, 901 North 7th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17102.
