   Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that the following facilities have requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 569.35 (relating to general safety precautions):

Physicians Surgical Center
Surgery Center of Pottsville
Surgery Center of Allentown
The Center for Specialized Surgery
Leo McAfferty, M. D. Plastic Surgery Center

   The request is on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [phone], fax [phone], [e-mail].

   The facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
