[Saturday, May 24, 2008]Notice is hereby given that Jeffrey Larkin Wertz having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of Colorado for a period of 30 days by Order of the Supreme Court of Colorado entered December 13, 2007, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated May 8, 2008, suspending Jeffrey Larkin Wertz from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of 30 days. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
