Anastasio, having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of Florida for a period of ten days, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania issued an Order dated May 6, 2003 suspending John J. Anastasio from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of 10 days, effective June 5, 2003. In accordance with Rule 217(f), Pa.R.D.E., since this formerly admitted attorney resides outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, this notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
