    Order

    Per Curiam:

       And Now, this 6th day of May, 2003, the Court, pursuant to Article 5, Section 18(b)(4) of the Constitution of Pennsylvania, having proposed amendments to Rule of Procedure No. 421, as more specifically hereinafter set forth, It Is Hereby Ordered:

       That Court Administrator Wanda W. Sweigart provide for the publication of the Amendments in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, and

       That interested parties shall submit suggestions, comments, or objections no later than thirty days from the publication of this Order in that Bulletin.

       (D)  At the conclusion of the Pre-Trial Conference, the Conference Judge shall on the record enter an order stating the agreements and objections made by the parties, and rulings made by the Conference Judge on any matter considered during the Pre-Trial Conference. The order shall control subsequent proceedings before the Court on the record, unless modified by the Court or a panel of the Court on the record. The parties shall have the right to [note, on the record,] file objections to any part of the Order [of the Conference Judge] within 15 days of its entry.
