   On February 26, 2003, the State Board of Barber Examiners (Board) assessed a civil penalty of $750, based on operating a barber shop without a current license, and suspended indefinitely the barber license of Ruben D. Otero of East Stroudsburg, Monroe County.

   Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication by writing to Carole L. Clarke, Board Counsel, State Board of Barber Examiners, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.

   This adjudication and order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of the petition for review.
