Application of Pennsylvania Suburban Water Company for the approval of: (1) the acquisition by Pennsylvania Suburban Water Company of the water system assets of Eagle Rock Community Association, Inc.; and (2) the right of Pennsylvania Suburban Water Company to begin to offer, render, furnish or supply water service to the public in portions of East Union and North Union Townships, Schuylkill County and Black Creek and Hazle Townships, Luzerne County.

The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the applicant's business address.
