 On March 23, 2015, Kimberly Jo Hurley, LPN, license no. PN279912, of Amber, Montgomery County, was suspended for no less than 3 years, retroactive to September 9, 2014, for failing to comply with a previous State Board of Nursing (Board) order.

 Individuals may obtain a copy of the adjudication by writing to Bridget K. Guilfoyle, Board Counsel, State Board of Nursing, P. O. Box 69523, Harrisburg, PA 17106-9523.

 This order represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
