DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Fertilizer Nutrient Values The Secretary of Agriculture, under the authority of 3 Pa.C.S. § 6710 (relating to commercial value), establishes the commercial values per pound of nitrogen, available phosphate and soluble potash.
The values are established as follows:
Nitrogen $0.54 per pound Available phosphate $0.49 per pound Soluble potash $0.43 per pound Further Information

Effective Date
