2005 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program Public Hearing

   The Housing Finance Agency (Agency), as the administrator of the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program for the Commonwealth, provides notice of a public hearing to obtain public comment on the proposed Pennsylvania 2005 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan (plan). The public hearing will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2004, at the Housing Finance Agency, 211 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA.

   Copies of the proposed plan are available upon written request to the Manager, Tax Credit Program, Housing Finance Agency, P. O. Box 8029, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8029, [phone], TTY for Hearing Impaired [phone]. Copies of the proposed plan are also available on the Agency's website:  www.phfa.org.

   Individuals wishing to comment on the plan who are unable to attend the scheduled hearing are invited to provide written comments to the previous address by May 28, 2004. Written comments must be submitted prior to the date of the scheduled hearing or at the public hearing. Individuals who plan to attend the public hearing should contact the Agency at [phone].

   Individuals with a disability who wish to attend this public hearing and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate should contact the Agency at [phone] by May 27, 2004, to discuss how the Agency may best accommodate their needs.
