[Saturday, May 21, 2016]Genworth Life Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 48.1% on 17,103 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form numbers: 7042, 7042 Rev, 7044 and 7044 Rev.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to August 3, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
