Application of York Endoscopy Center for Exception [36 Pa.B. 2469] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that York Endoscopy Center has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 555.31 (relating to principle).
The request is on file with the Department. The facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
