[Saturday, May 2, 2015]MetLife Insurance Company of Connecticut is requesting approval to increase the premium 73.9% on 922 policyholders with the following individual LTC policy form numbers: H-LTC3JP and H-LTC3JP27.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 16, 2015, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.

Copies of the filing are also available for public inspection, by appointment, during normal working hours at the Department's Harrisburg office.
