Recognized Lifeguard Certifying Authorities for 2015; Update to 2014 Notice

 In the notice published at 44 Pa.B. 7487 (November 29, 2014), the Department of Health (Department) published the recognized lifeguard certifying authorities for 2015. This notice updates the notice published at 44 Pa.B. 7487.

 Under 28 Pa. Code § 18.42 (relating to certified lifeguards), the Department publishes an annual notice by December 1 of the authorities that meet the Department's requirements to certify lifeguards under section 4.1 of the Public Bathing Law (35 P. S. § 675.1).

 In the notice published at 44 Pa.B. 7487, the Department recognized The American Red Cross, Jeff Ellis and Associates, YMCA, The Boy Scouts of America, Starfish Aquatics Institutes and National Aquatic Safety Company as lifeguard certifying authorities for 2015.

 In addition to the authorities previously named, the Department now recognizes the following authority as a lifeguard certifying authority for 2015, effective on the date of publication of this notice:
