    P-2012-2302074. PPL Electric Utilities Corporation. Petition of PPL Electric Utilities Corporation for approval of a default service program and procurement plan for the period of June 1, 2013, through May 31, 2015.

     Formal protests, petitions to intervene and answers must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the petitioner and a copy provided to the Administrative Law Judge, on or before June 4, 2012.
