[Saturday, May 19, 2012]On February 23, 2012, Elizabeth DeJesus, notary public of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, had her commission revoked. The action was based on Elizabeth DeJesus' lack of good character, integrity and ability and her conviction of a crime which is incompatible with the duties of a notary public, in violation of sections 3 and 5 of The Notary Public Law (57 P. S. §§ 149 and 151).
