   Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that the following health care facilities have requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 123.25(2) (relating to regulations for control of anesthetic explosion hazards).

Westmoreland Hospital
Altoona Regional Health System
Central Montgomery Medical Center
Temple University Hospital
Pinnnacle Health Hospitals
Frick Hospital
Latrobe Hospital

   The requests are on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [phone], fax [phone], [e-mail].

   Each facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
