Per Diem Charges for Financial Examinations Conducted by the Department; Notice No. 2001-05 [31 Pa.B. 2644] Under the authority contained in section 907 of The Insurance Department Act of 1921 (40 P. S. § 323.7) and under 31 Pa. Code § 12.4 (relating to per diem charges), an updated schedule of per diem charges for financial examinations conducted by the Insurance Department (Department) is hereby adopted.
The new schedule of charges is as follows:
Examiner Trainee $220 per day Examiner 1 $283 per day Examiner 2 $364 per day Examiner 3 $437 per day Examination Manager $494 per day As prescribed in 31 Pa. Code § 12.4(c), the Department will calculate and bill per diem charges for financial examination costs in 1/2-hour units.
This schedule is effective July 1, 2001.
This document supersedes the notice published at 30 Pa.B. 2972 (June 10, 2000) and shall remain in effect until a subsequent notice is published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
