Code § 495.4(d), an application to lease highway right-of-way has been made to the Department of Transportation by Byzantine, Inc., of 1198 Mulberry Street, Bridgewater, PA 15009 is seeking to lease highway right-of-way located on the southeasterly side of S.R. 0018 between Sta. 516+ (60 to Sta. 519 + 85, in Center Township, Beaver County containing 4,523+ square feet, adjacent to S.R. 0018 (L.R. 115, Section 11) for purposes of customer parking. Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objections regarding the approval of this application to Raymond S. Hack, P.E., District Engineer, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
