Request for Exception; Long-Term Care Nursing Facilities

   The following long-term care nursing facility is seeking an exception to 28 Pa. Code § 205.6(a) (relating to function of building):

         ManorCare Health Services-Huntington Valley
         3430 Huntingdon Pike
         Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006-3716.

   The following long-term care nursing facility is seeking an exception to 28 Pa. Code § 201.18(e) (relating to management):

         United Community Hospital TCU
         631 North Broad Street Extension
         Grove City, PA 16127-9703.

   These requests are on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from Division of Nursing Care Facilities, Room 526, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [phone], Fax: [phone], e-mail address: [e-mail].

   Those persons who wish to comment on an exception request may do so by sending a letter by mail, e-mail or facsimile to the division and address previously listed.

   Comments received by the Department within 15 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
