[Saturday, May 17, 2014]The State Police, under 18 Pa.C.S. §§ 5704(16)(ii)(C) and 5706(b)(4) (relating to exceptions to prohibition of interception and disclosure of communications; and exceptions to prohibitions in possession, sale, distribution, manufacture or advertisement of electronic, mechanical or other devices), published at 44 Pa.B. 2147 (April 5, 2014) a notice of Mobile Video Recording System Equipment Standards and Approved Mobile Video Recording Systems for use until the next comprehensive list is published.
As an addendum to the listing of approved mobile video recording systems published at 44 Pa.B. 2147, the State Police, under the authority cited previously, has approved for use, until the next comprehensive list is published, subject to interim amendment, the following additional approved mobile video recording systems, which meet the minimum equipment standards published at 44 Pa.B. 2147:
