Joint application of Hidden Valley Public Utility Services, LLC and Hidden Valley Utility Services, LP for approval of: 1) the acquisition by Hidden Valley Public Utility Services, LLC of the water system assets of Hidden Valley Utility Services, LP in Hidden Valley, PA; 2) the right of Hidden Valley Public Utility Services, LLC to begin to offer, render, furnish and supply water service to the public in a portion of Hidden Valley, PA; and 3) the abandonment by Hidden Valley Utility Services, LP of public water service within Hidden Valley, PA.
Formal protests and petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with 52 Pa. Code (relating to public utilities). Filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265, with a copy served on the applicant, on or before June 2, 2008. The documents filed in support of the application are available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and at the Applicant's business address.
