No. P-00032043 [33 Pa.B. 2450] On May 1, 2003, Granger Energy of Honey Brook, LLC filed a Petition for Declaratory Order concluding that the provision of landfill gas by Granger Energy of Honey Brook, LLC to four industrial customers constitutes neither the provision of ''public utility'' service under 66 Pa.C.S. § 102 (relating to definitions) nor ''natural gas distribution service'' or ''natural gas supply services'' under 66 Pa.C.S. § 2202 (relating to definitions) and is not subject to the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
Written comments are due to be filed within 10 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin. One original plus nine copies of comments must be filed with the Secretary, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA 17105-3265. Copies of the entire filing are available for full inspection and copying at the Office of the Secretary between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
