Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Stakeholders Workgroup Meeting [33 Pa.B. 2436] The Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations Stakeholders (CAFO) Workgroup will hold a meeting on May 23, 2003, at 9 a.m. in the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) Southcentral Regional Office, Susquehanna Room B, 909 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA. The purpose of this meeting is to review and discuss CAFO program delegation under the revised Environmental Protection Administration rules.
