Pennsylvania Professional Liability Joint Underwriting Association; Rate and Rule Notice [45 Pa.B. 2441]
[Saturday, May 16, 2015]On April 30, 2015, the Insurance Department (Department) received notice from the Pennsylvania Professional Liability Joint Underwriting Association that it does not intend to make any revisions to its rates and rules for health care providers.
A copy of the notice and the actuarial documentation which accompanied the notice are available on the Department's web site at www.insurance.pa.gov. Under the tab ''How to Find . . .'' click on ''PA Bulletin.''
Interested parties are invited to submit written comments, suggestions or objections to Eric Zhou, Insurance Department, Insurance Product Regulation, 1311 Strawberry Square, Harrisburg, PA 17120, gzhou@pa.gov within 30 days after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
