Plans, specifications and contract documents will be available and open for public inspection at the Administration Building. Copies may be purchased upon payment of $70 per set by check or P. O. Money Order (no cash) payable to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Attention: Secretary-Treasurer's Office, P. O. Box 67676, Harrisburg, PA 17106-7676. No refund for any reason will be made for plans, specifications and contract documents.
A Prequalification Certification and Maximum Capacity Rating assigned by the Prequalification Committee of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is a necessary prerequisite for bidding on this project.
A prebid meeting for the project will be held on May 27, 1998, beginning at 10 a.m., at Dick Enterprises, Inc., Laurel View Dr., Suite 2, Smithfield, PA 15478.
