Pennsylvania Riches Instant Lottery Game [28 Pa.B. 2325] Under the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), and 61 Pa. Code § 819.203 (relating to notice of instant game rules), the Secretary of Revenue hereby provides public notice of the rules for the following instant lottery game:
1. Name: The name of the game is Pennsylvania Riches.
2. Price: The price of a Pennsylvania Riches instant lottery game ticket is $1.00.
3. Play Symbols: Each Pennsylvania Riches instant lottery game ticket will contain three play areas known as ''Game 1,'' ''Game 2'' and ''Game 3.'' Each game is played separately. Each ''Game'' area will feature a ''Your Number'' area and a ''Their Number'' area. The play symbols and their captions located in the ''Your Number'' area are: 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SNTN), 18 (EGTN), 19 (NINTN) and 20 (TWTY). The play symbols and their captions located in the ''Their Number'' area are: 1 (ONE), 2 (TWO), 3 (THREE), 4 (FOUR), 5 (FIVE), 6 (SIX), 7 (SEVEN), 8 (EIGHT), 9 (NINE), 10 (TEN), 11 (ELEVN), 12 (TWLV), 13 (THRTN), 14 (FORTN), 15 (FIFTN), 16 (SIXTN), 17 (SNTN), 18 (EGTN) and 19 (NINTN).
4. Prize Play Symbols: The prize play symbols and their captions located in the ''Prize'' area are: $1.00 (ONE DOL), $2.00 (TWO DOL), $3.00 (THREE DOL), $4.00 (FOUR DOL), $5.00 (FIVE DOL), $10$ (TEN DOL), $15$ (FTN DOL), $20$ (TWY DOL), $100 (ONE HUN) and $500 (FIV HUN).
5. Prizes: The prizes that can be won in this game are $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $15, $20, $100 and $500. The player can win up to three times on a ticket.
6. Approximate Number of Tickets Printed For the Game: Approximately 8,160,000 tickets will be printed for the Pennsylvania Riches instant lottery game.
7. Determination of Prize Winners:
(a) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $500 (FIV HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $500.
(b) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $100 (ONE HUN) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $100.
(c) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $20$ (TWY DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $20.
(d) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $15$ (FTN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $15.
(e) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $10$ (TEN DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $10.
(f) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $5.00 (FIVE DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $5.
(g) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $4.00 (FOUR DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $4.
(h) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $3.00 (THREE DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $3.
(i) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $2.00 (TWO DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $2.
(j) Holders of tickets where ''Your Number'' beats ''Their Number'' in the same game, and a prize play symbol of $1.00 (ONE DOL) appears in the ''Prize'' area for that game, on a single ticket, shall be entitled to a prize of $1.
8. Number and Description of Prizes and Approximate Odds: The following table sets forth the approximate number of winners, amounts of prizes, and approximate odds of winning:

Retailer Incentive Awards: The Lottery may conduct a separate Retailer Incentive Game for retailers who sell Pennsylvania Riches instant lottery game tickets. The conduct of the game will be governed by 61 Pa. Code § 819.222 (relating to retailer bonuses and incentives).
10. Unclaimed Prize Money: For a period of 1 year from the announced close of Pennsylvania Riches, prize money from winning Pennsylvania Riches instant lottery game tickets will be retained by the Secretary for payment to the persons entitled thereto. If no claim is made within 1 year of the announced close of the Pennsylvania Riches instant lottery game, the right of a ticket holder to claim the prize represented by the ticket, if any, will expire and the prize money will be paid into the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes provided for by statute.
11. Governing Law: In purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees to comply with and abide by the State Lottery Law (72 P. S. §§ 3761-101--3761-314), the regulations contained in 61 Pa. Code Part V (relating to State Lotteries) and the provisions contained in this notice.
12. Termination of the Game: The Secretary may announce a termination date, after which no further tickets from this game may be sold. The announcement will be disseminated through media used to advertise or promote Pennsylvania Riches or through normal communications methods.
