Pennsylvania Professional Liability Joint Underwriting [40 Pa.B. 2622]
[Saturday, May 15, 2010]On April 30, 2010, the Insurance Department (Department) received from the Pennsylvania Professional Liability Joint Underwriting Association (JUA) a filing to decrease rates overall by 9.4% for institutional and non-institutional health care providers.
The filing does not include any revisions to the current class, specialty or territory relativities.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to June 29, 2010, the rates within the subject filing may be deemed into use upon the effective date, January 1, 2011, by operation of law.
