Application of West Shore Endoscopy Center for Exception [40 Pa.B. 2607]
[Saturday, May 15, 2010]Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) gives notice that West Shore Endoscopy Center has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 551.21 (relating to criteria for ambulatory surgery).
The request is on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from the Department of Health, Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care, Room 532, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, (717) 783-8980, fax (717) 772-2163, paexcept@health.state.pa.us.
This facility is requesting a waiver of the comment period, as set forth in 28 Pa. Code § 51.33(c).
