DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES Proposed Plan for the Disposition of Commonwealth Property [40 Pa.B. 2599]
[Saturday, May 15, 2010]The Department of General Services (Department), under The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. §§ 51—732), has published the proposed 2010 real property disposition plan for review by the public and approval of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. The proposed plan is available for review on the Department's web site at www.dgs.state.pa.us.
Anyone wanting to comment on the proposed plan should do so, in writing, to Bradley Swartz, Department of General Services, Bureau of Real Estate, 505 North Office Building, Harrisburg, PA 17125, within 30 days from the date of this notice.
