Pennsylvania Wetland Replacement Project [34 Pa.B. 2642] The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) has approved the following wetland restoration projects for funding under the Pennsylvania Wetland Replacement Project (PWRP). The PWRP is a jointly managed fund between the Department and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation established to offset wetland losses. Construction for the following projects is anticipated to begin in Spring 2004.
