Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board; Regulation, Legislation and Technical Committee Special Meeting [34 Pa.B. 2642] A special meeting of the Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board's Regulation, Legislation and Technical Committee is scheduled for May 20, 2004, at 1 p.m. in the 10th Floor Conference Room, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA. The purpose of the meeting is to review and discuss the Department of Environmental Protection's (Department) draft report on incentives for remining abandoned coal mined lands.
