DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [29 Pa.B. 2621] Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation, pursuant to 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
Parcel 2989 City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. This parcel contains approximately 329,600+ square feet or 7.57+ acres of vacant land situated along Howard Street, in the 23rd and 24th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County.
It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future Transportation purposes.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to: Raymond S.
