Designations and Removals; Exclusive Use Fishing Areas [35 Pa.B. 2970] The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.21 (relating to waters limited to specific purposes--exclusive use fishing areas), designates the following water areas as being for the exclusive use of children, special populations, or both, as indicated. These designations are effective when the waters are so posted after publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
