   On April 11, 2006, Enelia Maria Santiago, License No. RP-043832-R, of Huntingdon Valley, Montgomery County was suspended based on noncompliance of her previous State Board of Pharmacy (Board) order.

   Individuals may obtain a copy of the order of suspension by writing to Carole L. Clarke, Board Counsel, State Board of Pharmacy, P. O. Box 2649, Harrisburg, PA 17105-2649.

   This order of suspension represents the final Board decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of the petition for review. The Board contact for receiving service of appeals is the previously named Board counsel.
