Practice and Procedure Before the Commission; Proceedings Initiated Prior to Adoption The final revised rules of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure were published at 36 Pa.B. 2097 (April 29, 2006).
These revised procedural rules are effective April 29, 2006. For any Commission proceeding initiated prior to this date, all active parties may jointly seek a determination from the assigned presiding officer or the Commission that these revisions apply to that proceeding.
