[Saturday, May 12, 2012]On November 16, 2011, R. Wayne Mosier, DO, license no. OS007796L, of Talihina, OK, had his Pennsylvania license revoked based on disciplinary action taken against his license to practice osteopathic medicine by the proper licensing authority of another state.

This final order represents the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
