Neighborhood Garden Association is seeking to lease highway right-of-way located on LR 67045, Section 12B, within the boundaries of Fifth Street on the east, County of Philadelphia, City of Philadelphia, 6,407.2778 square feet of land +, adjacent to LR 67045, Section 12B RW for purposes of a community garden.
Interested persons are invited to submit, within 30 days from the publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, written comments, suggestions and/or objection regarding the approval of this application to Lester Toaso, District Executive, Engineering District 6-0, PennDot, 7000 Geerdes Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406-1525, Attention: Mary C.
