DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Weatherization Assistance Program Meetings [32 Pa.B. 2338] The Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) hereby publishes notice of a public hearing to be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2002, in Room H-East, 4th Floor, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the Weatherization Assistance Program's proposed State Plan to be submitted to the United States Department of Energy for the program year 2002-2003.
