[Saturday, May 1, 2010]MetLife Insurance Company of Connecticut is requesting approval to increase the premium 39% on Long-Term Care policy forms H-LTC3JP and H-LTC3JP27. A total of 1,115 policyholders in this Commonwealth will be affected by this rate adjustment.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to July 15, 2010, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
