[Saturday, April 9, 2016]Order And Now, this 17th day of March, 2016, it is Ordered and Decreed that the Orders entered on January 28th, 2016, amending Delaware County Local Civil Rules: Assessment of Damages for Cost of Repairs to Property, Opening Judgments by Default; Change of Venue; Filing an Account and Exception to Accounts; Lis Pendens; Pleadings/Foreign Statutes; Appeals from Denial of Driver's License or Suspension of Operating Privilege (75 Pa.C.S. § 1550); and Appeals from Real Estate Assessments, are hereby Amended to the extent that said Rules shall go into effect 30 days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
