Dixon, CO235114L, of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was assessed a civil penalty of $250, in addition to the previously imposed civil penalty of $250, for a total civil penalty of $500, based on findings respondent violated a lawful disciplinary order of the State Board of Cosmetology (Board) by failing to pay a civil penalty.
