   The following long-term care nursing facility is seeking an exception to 28 Pa. Code § 201.18(e) (relating to management):

   The following long-term care nursing facility is seeking an exception to CFR 483.70(d)(1)(ii) (relating to requirement for physical environment):

Mountain Rest Nursing Home
100 Linwood Avenue
Scranton, PA 18505

   These requests are on file with the Department. Persons may receive a copy of a request for exception by requesting a copy from Division of Nursing Care Facilities, Room 526, Health and Welfare Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, [phone], Fax: [phone], e-mail: [e-mail].

   Those persons who wish to comment on an exception request may do so by sending a letter by mail, e-mail or facsimile to the division and address listed above.

   Comments received by the Department within 15 days after the date of publication of this notice will be reviewed by the Department before it decides whether to approve or disapprove the request for exception.
