MV203320 of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, was suspended under the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dated December 13, 2012, which the court issued under 23 Pa.C.S. § 4355 (relating to denial or suspension of licenses). The suspension is effective immediately.
